Relieve pressure and lock the trigger.
Remove the old handwheel and linkage (keep shims for reuse).
Grease the new shaft lightly with NLGI-2 grease.
Install kit components in the order shown in the Graco diagram.
Torque the retaining nut to 55 in-lb and verify smooth rotation.
