Installation & Fitment Tips
- Verify that the male QD plug on your machine matches the same series and size as the 112536 female coupling.
- Ensure the threads (if any) and sealing surfaces are clean and undamaged before assembly.
- Check the machine’s parts manual to confirm 112536 is listed for your exact model and serial range.
- Inspect O-rings or seals and replace if worn — a bad seal can cause leaks or poor performance.
- Never exceed the working pressure of the coupling or of the machine — compatibility is essential for safety and performance.
Frequently Asked Questions
“QD” stands for Quick-Disconnect. This coupling allows the user to quickly connect or disconnect the fluid/air line without tools, provided the matching plug is compatible.
