Fitment & Installation Tips
- Confirm your model/kit parts list explicitly shows 100627 or “NIPPLE, short; 3/4 NPT”.
- Inspect mating ports for thread type/condition; do not mix NPT with BSPP without proper adapters.
- Use approved thread sealant or tape if your manual calls for it; avoid contaminating fluid passages.
- Tighten to recommended torque; avoid over-torquing which can crack housings or distort threads.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. It is a straight pipe nipple with ¾″ NPT threads. If you need a swivel, cam-lock, or JIC fitting, check your manual for the correct part number.
Examples include the 222090 Series A wall-mounted 1040 diaphragm system kit, and select Husky 515/716/1050 supply/installation kits. Always verify in your unit’s parts manual before purchase.
Check the schematic for a ¾″ NPT call-out. NPT is tapered and is not interchangeable with BSPP or metric threads without adapters.
Follow your Graco manual. Many NPT joints require an approved sealant or PTFE tape; apply carefully to avoid contaminating the fluid path.
Then 100627 will not fit. Match the exact size and thread type (e.g., 1″ NPT, BSPP, JIC) specified in your documentation.
