Installation / Replacement Instructions

To service or replace the 15F660 packing cartridge:

• Ensure the pump lower is depressurized and drained; disconnect from motor or fluid supply.
• Remove the outlet housing and packing nut to access the existing packing cartridge.
• Remove the old packing cartridge assembly (glands, seals, v‑packings) carefully; inspect rod and cylinder surfaces for wear or damage. 
• Install the new 15F660 cartridge — lubricate as per manufacturer instructions, insert glands and seals in correct orientation, then tighten packing nut and re‑assemble outlet housing per specified torque values.
• After assembly, perform a pressure/leak test with clean fluid or solvent before returning to full operation.
