Frequently Asked Questions
Check your sprayer’s official parts list or pump/lower bill of materials. If the seal stack calls out 103649, this is the correct Packing O-Ring. Model families can share parts, but verification by manual is essential.
Using non-OEM seals can affect chemical compatibility, hardness, and life. For best results, use genuine Graco parts or exact-spec equivalents. Incorrect cross-section or durometer can cause leaks or premature wear.
Loss of prime, pressure fluctuations, visible fluid leakage, or a poor/unstable spray pattern often indicate worn seals. Inspect the entire seal stack; replace related packings if they show wear.
Usually only standard hand tools and the model’s service instructions are required. Avoid sharp picks that can nick the elastomer. Use a compatible assembly lubricant to ease installation.
Visit the official Graco support site and search your exact model to download the manual and parts list. Cross-reference the pump/lower seal stack item number with 103649 to confirm compatibility.
