Frequently Asked Questions
If your Graco sprayer supports a 5000 psi gun and uses a 1/4" NPSM hose end, the 246468 Flex Plus will fit. See the Compatible Machines list above for common examples.
Choose the RAC X SwitchTip by coating and flow needs. For walls with latex paints, a mid-size tip (e.g., 517) is common; heavier coatings may require larger orifice sizes. Always stay within the sprayer’s flow/pressure limits.
The gun inlet is 1/4" NPSM. If your hose end differs, use a compatible Graco adapter rated for 5000 psi or higher. Do not use un-rated fittings.
The Flex Plus handles common architectural coatings—primers, latex paints, elastomerics, and heavier materials when matched with appropriate RAC X tips. Always filter and strain materials per Graco guidance.
