Graco 24E400 Pop Pin Lock Out

Graco 24E400 Pop Pin Lock Out is a lock pin used in Graco spray equipment Hose Reel of Mark V Max, and other machine with QuikReel like the GMAX series.

The Pop Pin Lock Out is used to hold the reel steady from moving.

To engage or disengage the pop pin lock out:

1. Engaging the Lock Out: Locate the pop pin on the spray machine by the reel. Push down and rotate the reel to activate the lock, preventing the reel  from moving.
2. Disengaging the Lock Out: Reverse the action to allow normal operation of the trigger. That is pull the pop pin to enable the reel rotate to desired position.

The Graco 24E400 Pop Pin Lock Out is used in other machines for many different similar purposes.
