Frequently Asked Questions
Manuals referencing 101690 call it a hex/Allen wrench, typically used where a 0.125 in (3.18 mm) hex is specified (e.g., needle or set-screw adjustments).
Functionally, any quality 0.125 in (3.18 mm) hex key will turn the same fasteners. However, 101690 is the OEM-specified tool included in certain Graco kits and manuals—ideal for maintaining factory specifications and ensuring fit across listed platforms.
Confirmed listings include the 5 Gallon Duo Paint Sprayer (Series A/D), Pressurized Bead System assemblies, and Agitator models 204536 / 222695 / 224572. Additional spray guns and pump assemblies may call for the same hex size; check your unit’s parts manual for a 101690 callout or a 0.125 in hex requirement.
Check the parts list / service manual for your model. If it explicitly lists 101690 or specifies a 0.125 in (3.18 mm) hex key for adjustments, this is the correct OEM tool.
